Terms of Use

Last updated 2 September 2026, for the private beta of AI Landing Studio. See also Privacy Policy.

This is a beta-stage disclosure, written to be accurate about what the product does today — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the operating entity, its jurisdiction and any liability/governing-law terms that would depend on that entity are placeholders, marked as such below. Do not treat this document as a substitute for that review before a public (non-invited) launch.

A private beta, not a finished product

AI Landing Studio is offered here as a free, invitation-scoped beta. Features, limits, pricing intentions shown on the marketing page, and this beta itself may change or stop without notice. Nothing here creates a right to continued access, to a particular quota, or to the service running in its current form tomorrow.

Your content, your responsibility

You are responsible for what you type into the studio — the business description, any contact details, and anything else you submit. Submit only content you have the right to use, and do not submit anyone else's personal information without a lawful basis for doing so. You are also responsible for how you use the exported page: publishing it, the claims it makes, and whether it complies with whatever rules apply to your business and where you operate.

Generated output is a first draft

The AI writes copy grounded in what you typed and is built not to invent prices or contact details, but it can still be wrong, generic, or not what your business actually needs. Review every generated page — the words, the claims, the contact details — before you publish it anywhere. This product does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your commercial or legal purposes.

What this beta does and does not provide

There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability — this is a beta, run on a single instance, and it can go down, be restarted, or be rate-limited without notice. Export is offered as two files, index.html and styles.css, exactly as the product produces them; there is no warranty that they meet any particular standard beyond what the product itself documents. This product does not host your page, does not provide a domain, and does not publish anything on your behalf — taking the exported files somewhere you can publish them is entirely your own responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use this beta for anything illegal, to submit content you do not have the right to submit, or to attempt to circumvent its rate limits, quotas, or the boundaries between different visitors' saved projects. This beta enforces fair-use limits automatically; deliberately working around them, or using the service in a way that meaningfully disrupts it for other invited people, is grounds for access being withdrawn.

Placeholder — operator/legal review. A finished Terms of Use would ordinarily state a governing law, a dispute-resolution or arbitration clause, and a limitation of liability. None of those are written here, because each depends on facts about the operating entity — its jurisdiction, its legal form — that are not established in this codebase and must not be guessed at. Add them, reviewed by counsel, before this beta is opened beyond a small, directly-invited group.
